We offer bridging finance based on the following criteria:

Property must be used as security
(bridging on property only)

First legal charge and personal guarantee required

Maximum Loan to Value (LTV): 75%

Independent valuation required
(recent valuations may be accepted, subject to review)

Property must be held in a company structure

General Terms:

Arrangement fee: 2%

Monthly interest: 0.8% to 1.25%
